Rachel Zimmer on fresh produce:

"A tomato is not a tomato, is not a tomato. Right? It is not the same thing when you think about local versus going to a grocery store and grabbing it. Sometimes we forget how good produce tastes, and I do wonder how much that influences people's choices because if all you're getting is what's in the grocery store and you never taste fresh produce, then I can imagine that that's a part of the reason that you may not be as interested."

Rachel Zimmer on the importance of decluttering your space for peace

"I've been in thousands of homes so I understand how the environment impacts your health. I've done so much teaching one-on-one with people around the importance of not having a cluttered house. And even beyond fall risk, the anxiety that it provokes for somebody if they're sitting in a room and they're not able to get up and walk very well and the room is completely cluttered and dirty. That mentally takes a toll on them."
